2018 P1 registration exercise for 2019 intake

Certain schools like Mee Toh, which every single year has balloting <1km, you don’t even need to ask. Confirm ALL applicants are <1km. Same with NYPS, ATS, CHS...Unless 1 or 2 super blur sotong.


Punggol Green, not every year got balloting, so the proportion of <1km is hard to tell.

Thank you so much QMS, but do you have the stats at the end of 2C application before announcement of results on 08 AUG? I hope to be able to see how many kids got balloted out from each school to estimate the spill over.

Numbers below the column labelled \"P2C\" refer to vacancies left for that particular phase. The column to the right (\"Day 3\") shows the number of applicants on Day 3 of P2C.

Hi Brendawanwan, If those within 1Km need to ballot, then those within 1-2Km do not get to ballot. There is school which will advise them (1-2km grp) to reg elsewhere if balloting is to be carried out for the within 1Km grp.

Some schools don’t even advise them to withdraw.

Those blur blur don’t know the rules, too bad. Wasted their 2C chance.

Thanks but I mean I need those schools already full from 2C (final day of 2C application vs vacancy) so i can calculate how many spill over into 2CS

Hi all, if I remember the phase 2c table correctly; the total people who apply for Mee Toh was 206 (not 177) vs 102 applicants. So the spillover is 104 and not 75. The number 177 within 1km is somebody went to ask the school. So the spillover is 177 from less than 1km and 29 was from 1km and over and could be pr also

I called up Mee Toh, they told me out of 206, 177 was within 1km competing for 102 seats.
