If a school has about 100 vacancies for 2CS, usually SC 1-2km should not need to ballot? What do you think?

100 vacancies .. is about 3.3 classes, left ?

is this Phase 2C Supp school, popular ?
If popular, usually reserve around 1.5 classes for SC < 1 km, plus reserve another one class for SC between (1 to 2 km).

So, to answer your question, Yes, usually SC (1-2 km) : need not ballot, if left around 100 vacancies.

Hopefully so. But this year is terrible. I'm so devastated after balloted out of our only choice <1km, the non-branded school just opp my house, which nvr needed to ballot <1km before. Now 2CS all left with 1-2km choices, scare to be balloted out again.
