What is the fastest way, to toilet train a dog, until the dog understand cannot anywhere shit (pee), but must go to a specific \"toilet bowl\" area ?

It depends....the moment you see the doggie have the urge, then quickly bring the doggie to the right place. Gotta do this many times and praise alot. I used to train my doggie to a human seat toilet to poop and still can flush.

Train yr doggie to stoop right? Can yr doggie jump up toilet seat? :rotflmao:

I put steps to the toilet seat and put in support around the toilet like scarfolding. I was desperate then coz I don't want to clean up so much after coming back from school....at that time I was only a student. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: Thinking of short cut ways 😆

One thing I used to do when I had my dogs was to feed them with store-bought dried food. There are 2 good brands I’d go for. These will limit bad breath unless yr doggy don’t mind brushing his teeth everyday. Fresh food will hv residue in doggy’s mouth & causes bad breath fr bacteria festing in its mouth

I suddenly have this image of a small dog jumping onto a toilet bowl, misstepped and fall right in. 😂

I’ve had 3 dogs so far. All from puppyhood. All were fairly easy to toilet train.

When they are still less than 6mths old, not ideal to bring them outdoors so I will have pee/poop tray. 1st week, I usually fence them in to limit their access in the house and a pee tray will be placed in that area. 1st few times they may pee at any place they like, I’ll use a pee pad to soak up the urine and put that onto the tray and bring them to the tray to let them sniff. Each time I notice that they used the tray correctly, they get lots of praise and rubs. When they are 6mths old and done with their puppy jabs, I will start training them to do their businesses outdoors. With all 3, they naturally pee and poop at the grass patches. When I see that the pee tray is clean most of the time, I remove that completely.
