        KTP:
        Hexro:

how the selection camp on 28 July was like because my son is going for the camp on 4th august and so I just wanted to get an idea of how the camp on 4 August would be like.

Students will be grouped into 4. With given task and materials, the team will discuss and solve the task given

There was a task requiring the group to sort balls of different sizes (ping-pong versus marbles); another group's asking them to sort coins. There was also discussion+critique of a moral dilemma. So the selection camp goes: in groups of 4, (1) a task (2) a critique (3) (some groups only) reasons (etcetera) for applying to SST. The children take turns to voice their opinions for each segment.

All the best. The wait can be quite agonising. But rest assured if it all goes well, it is definitely a load off the shoulders of the kids before PSLE.
