            Anyone's child going to try for 2019 ? πŸ™‚

Any feedback that it will be harder to get in due to dragon year (2012) babies? :rahrah: A scenario where even 2A1 needs balloting!
            What do you guys think?
Me! I'm an old girl, alumni and I intend to enroll my daughter into MGS for 2020 intake. I went through the dragon year nightmare with my son this year and we secured a spot at SAJS, thankfully. I hope next year will be easier with 2A(1)...

Hi, would anyone know , for mid stream transfers, is a successful applicant placed in class based on results eg all band 1s hence given space in higher ability class?

Or regardless of result, slotted into the any mixed ability class with space because she is a mid-stream transfer student?

              Thank you!

I know of a few mid-stream transfers who came in based on very good academic results - they naturally went to the higher ability class.

Another transferred in via the CCA route, results are ok - was posted to mixed ability class.

                  Definitely easier than dragon babies

                    Hello!

Anyone knows if I want to register base on proximity eg1km, Whether the registered address is rental / purchased makes any difference?

Also for anyone who has gone through the phase 2B, is it tedious getting a recommendation letter from the pastor ?

                    Thanks!!

Hi, can anyone advise me on the following.

May I know roughly what type of scores needed in P2 results in order to get posted to P3 High Ability class?> A* and above for all subjects or … Band 1 is acceptable? Is Mother Tongue taken in consideration or just Eng and Math?

                      TIA

Oh, is MGS still practising streaming for its P2 batch? I thought MOE is already phasing this out at most schools?
