This is for 2016 P4 cohort?

There are many open houses each year, how do you chose which ones to go? And what will be your evaluation criteria? Distance will be an important consideration for me.

We visited a number of Sec school open houses with my P5 son this year. I’m glad we did. It was nice to be able to go to the schools with no stress of having to make a decision hovering over our heads. We didn’t seek out students or teachers to ask pointed questions, and attended tours and talks according to what he was interested in. We went to as many open houses as we could - we weren’t very discerning about our choices. My son ended up with a few preferences and we talk about the schools occasionally, discussing what we’d like to find out about them. We’ll revisit his shortlist again next year before we decide on which schools he wants to apply for (if the system still exists!)

Can we change the title of this thread to correctly read DSA 2017 instead of 2018?

Why? Maybe titank has a P4 kid and indeed meant this to

              be DSA 2018 thread?

If you need a DSA 2017 thread, you are welcome to start a new thread for it.

Reporting... DD is in P4 this year. Wow... is it a bit kiasu that DSA 2018 is \"set up\" before DSA 2017?

BUT I LIKE IT :rahrah: :imcool:
