Now is 2018. Application process haven't start how to tell how many applicants within 1km
You can only guesstimate based on historical records and local demographics.
I think the odds for SC < 1km would be very good for both MBS and Temasek as the likelihood of ballot for SC < 1km is low.

I mean since now all applications would go to MOE so we can only see how many applied within those 3 days when the exercise start but not able to tell out of the applicants how many are from 1km or 2km?

U can find out the exact numbers on-site at the schools. If there’s a will, there’s a (legal) way.

Only if one day MOE only accepts online applications (highly unlikely), then the numbers/distance breakdown will be totally opaque.

I have a pair of twin girls… I was thinking of sending them to CHIJ- Lady of Native in Hougang.
It will be under phase 2C within 1KM from my address.
Can anyone enlighten me if there is any balloting needed for phase 2C in this school for the past year?

Distance is not a phase. Phase 2C is for generic application (Sporean & PR) who does not have any relation to the school.
For 2018 dragon year, balloting for Phase 2C for 1km-2km

I am totally new here but am trying my best to read to learn but I need help for one question.

I’m residing within 1km of Mee Toh School and have served at Punggol Horizon RC since 2015 and now an appointment holder. My aim is for a Phase 2B. But I heard the now with the new rules, school applied for must be in same constituency as the RC so may I check if anyone knows if Mee Toh Sch is in the same constituency as Punggol Horizon RC ?
