Extremely high chance of ballot for SC 1-2km in Phase 2C.
I also won't rule out high demand for SC < 1km as a possibility in Phase 2C. A lot will depend on what happen next year (especially in the earlier Phases). Hence, those > 1km should consider an alternative for Phase 2C in the event that the demand from SC < 1km exceeds the available places.

Of course you can register. In fact it makes logistic sense to choose this school because the eldest is nearby. Phase 2C for public. U have to move to within 1km and undergo balloting. So think of what Phase 2C(S) alternatives you have if balloting don’t get a seat...

Hi any parents here currently having their children taking the holy innocent school bus? Any idea why is it the feedback on the bus vendor (Min Yang) service is so bad year still get the bid? Their school bus fees seems to be higher than other school bus vendor.
