Anybody has the full details of the candles question? I think is the last question.
Short candles are in boxes of 7 costing $2.50. Long candles are in boxes of 5 costing $3.20. Total candles must be less than 50. She bought 21 more long candles than short candles. How much did she pay for the candles.
(I could be wrong in the question) -
Thanks Esteema. I am worried about the class size as we can only make it on weekends which means a bigger class size. Would the class be v rowdy?
Is there an angle question in section C regarding parallogram or trapezium and the answer is 126
My DD says yes.
Cos some said is 127 if you work using parallelogram
there isn't any parallelogram. The part b) even asked if the figure was a parallelogram -
Is the part a answe 126 then?
As for part b, is it a parallelogram? -
And for the question asking for the figure above is / is not a parallelogram because line _ _ is / is not parallel to line _ _
( i can’t rmb the name of the lines ) -

Is answer for the cupcake question 22?
:scratchhead:
Mr Tan had 508 cupcakes. He had to pack them into boxes of 20 and 12.
What is the least number of boxes he needed to use to pack all the cupcakes, such that there was no remainder, and every box is fully filled. -

I see. In Mr Tseng's class, it was very well managed when my DS was there. Most of the students there were there to learn. I've not seen rowdiness even when we had to wait outside, we cld observe the class learning. I don't think the number of tables can exceed 10-12. He'll set some work & go ard to help the weak students. He's very dedicated. In fact, on weekends. He'll encourage students to freely come an hour earlier. If yr child needs more help, he'll arrange with parents if they mind ano half hour with him 1-1 or a few students. Hope infor helps.
