This year hcl compo for 命题 is about an unexpected commendation, for 完成 is like about winning first in a competition then you want to tell a friend but then a stranger pick up the phone

Usually it's on the Friday but think in recent years, there was a Thursday release too.

I am 90% sure that it will be 23/11/2018. Since my daughter and my son took their PSLE results on 2011 and 2013 respectively, it was on thursday. But for 2017, it was changed to Friday, i think the reason is that the parents can take leave on Friday then it is a long weekend for the parents. :rahrah:
