I can only say pace yourself and your kids. Don’t burn out before the actual exams.

we bought 'too many' books! all collecting dust.

After PSLE over next year (2019), was wondering ... how to get rid of so many un-touched primary school assessment books at home ?

pass down to younger one hope can be utilised.

Doing the last lap of revision with this book. Written by sec sch English textbook author!
The only book in the market that comes with full grammar- detailed explanation and example sentences !
I second this book, effective revision for grammar. For students who need improvement is cloze passage, I highly recommend below book by SAP publication. DD was extremely weak in cloze passage in P5 and through recommendation, I purchased this book for her. It helps improve her accuracy to 14/15 or 15/15. She only has 3 English assessment books and this is one of them.

If your child is already good in cloze passage, you may skip this book and focus in other areas that need improvement as P6 is a relatively short year and the students need to use their time effectively. 70% of her revision was spent on Math and Science, time-consuming subjects if you know what I mean.

The need to balance study and rest time is critical to ensure they are in the best of health for PSLE in end Sep - early Oct.

Not sure if it’s due to puberty or anxiety, in beginning of P6, DD was always feeling lerthagic even though she slept before 10pm everyday. More often than not, she complained about headache.

I started to brew cordycep soup for her every week. Each time, I put 4-5pcs of cordycep, a few pcs of Chinese wolfberry with about 200g of lean pork and a bowl of water (double boil for 3-4 hours).

It works for her and throughout this year, she only fell sick once and she also told me she does not feel as tired or restless as before. I think drinking alternate week is also fine.

                Stay healthy, little piggies!

Recently came across the Kinohimitsu be sharp vitamins so ordered as there is discount. Happy that it arrived before exam over. She seems to be more upbeat/happier these few days. I m not sure if that is due to vitamin or me no more nagging. My gals esp dd1 health quite alright not much problem…last week almost sick as caught in the rain and she took vitamin C now looks ok. Yes wish our piggies are all healthy!
