Thanks, this is interesting. I tried to find on mobile version of SIS but clcnt find it. Went to the full site, then can see....

I compiled some schools, sharing in case someone finds them useful!

      https://i.postimg.cc/Dw9jC8B4/Median-Scores.png\">

I just realised that out of these schools, only NYGH accept students from its affiliated school. A check on SIS shows that the scores for NYGH affiliation is:

      Lower: 250
      Upper: 277
      Median: 258

The median for non-affiliated is 268. The difference is 10 scores. 😓

I thought ACSI, Methodist, St Nicks, SJI, SCGS also have affiliation students?

Nothing happened lah. She is just one of those who cannot sit still & focus, can be physically impulsive, and at the same time be overly sensitive re emotions & self-worth v peers. And she plays and cusses as good as any boy in those online MMORPG shooting games. So, she wants to go co-ed school. 😂
Oic. :rotflmao: Wow! She’ll thrive very well anywhere then!

She will probably thrive in detention... 😆

Ah, ok... I didn't know that.
All along, I thought just meet a specified affiliated score then they can enter into the relevant course.

Pirate your girl and my girl can shake hands.

Active and thrill seeking but also emo. Physically all over the place, emotionally also all over the place. Results also all over the place.

                    Hi

It should be ok to put the school you want to go to as first choice, and if you do not meet the COP, then the system will move down to the second choice, and then third... until it finds a school within your 6 choices which has vacancies and you meet the COP.

If there are no schools within your 6 choices which meet the requirements, then the system will post you to a school closest to you with vacancies and where you meet the COP.

Perhaps one can look at the top JC guys going up the stage to receive their accolades and do check combi of subjects and total no. of subjects aced. Also look at the annual govt scholarship list (field of study sponsored), but keep in mind there could be affirmative action taken to ensure list isn't overly lopsided.

Affiliation only for Express applicants to ACSB(Barker) & SJI.
