Yes, PE shirt is tucked out.
I really like HCI's school rules on shoes....they are not too fussy.

Tomorrow school opens for all levels or just orientation for the Sec1? Is the canteen open?

Hello melodyrain2, your DS will enjoy the next few days of orientation. The rest of the levels will only start school next week. And yes, the canteen should be open.

        :thankyou: my teapot :hi5:

Is Malay in Sec 2 for a term or a year?

Sec 2s have weekly 1 hour Conversational Malay lessons for a year, MSP students will have work assigned by their teachers during those periods

Note that it's likely the councillors would've ordered lunch for the Sec 1s from one of the economical rice stalls, so no need for them to buy themselves and not all stalls will be open.

very happy to hear this 🙂 Malay is a very useful and practical language for Singaporeans to learn.

@alie - I think Malay lang is included for the Sec 2s, not typo.

@PaisehParent - the collar pin should be on the left collar. But next few days is orientation, should not need to be in full uniform? You may want to check.
                  Thank you myteapot!

Can anyone share what usually happens on CNY eve? Is it just a half-morning celebration in the school? Thanks.

usually concert only. no lesson. dismissal time usually 10am or 10.30am. Can’t really recall.
