the circle is more closed.... no reputation, no connection, can forget about it.

Hi there. I am trying to understand what does opening up of portal mean? I am a member of GRC since June, 2018. So will that make me eligible for primary 1 registration in 2020 for 2021 start? The registration of phase 2B is in July right? Thank you.

1. Which committee? Many have served in the ‘wrong’ one for many years.
2. When were you officially appointed? Period when you are an ‘observer’ would not count.

go to \"our portal\" (u know which one right?)
in May this year, even when you are not registering, just play around the system

There will be a new module called P1 registration that you can click in.
That is where you apply.
Once done, I think PAHQ and CD/CM will know.

the filter should be done at PAHQ side, assuming everything good.
once successful, CD will write the letter, sign.
pass to you (or ask CM, RCM to pass to you)

i have more than 7 years before i applied for that letter. thus, I really can't tell when the 2 years cut off is set at.
june 2018 - May 2019 = 1st year
june 2019 - May 2020 = 2nd year

Wah seven years! You are making me nervous. So the letter is dependent on PA, whether they deem you worthy? I am nervous now. What is CD? Is that the same as constituency manager?

I did what I like doing ma - helping my estate and my neighbors. (Therefore I joined early)


The benefits were just additional perks which I only know much later.

I don’t think it’s a PA judgement of deeming who is more deserving to receive the letter.
It should be a computerized system applying the filter.
Correct commitment - check
Enough tenure - check.
Child born in correct year - check

Unless one fails the checks, then appeals are manually “judged” (I think only, never appeal before)

CD = Constituency Director
Most of the time, the CD I’ve met are very out spoken and have amazing interpersonal skills.

Hi all seniors, can I ask if the school is within the GRC I m serving in BUT it’s MORE than 2km away, does the Phase 2b still apply? e.g. residence in Bukit Panjang, interested school in Bukit Timah.
