Me Time!

His usual is one cup of Nescafé in the morning & one evening. His has always been consistent.
No idea what stress coz last year was the worst when FIL hospitalized. Maybe just that we’re older so wear & tear, or just stress fr planning a whole series of vacation for this year.
Our cherry blossom trip coming up in a couple of weeks. June trip booked but not confirmed our driver. Maybe he’s just anxious abt traveling more before my legs can’t carry me any more (last year I had wobbly legs after walking all the murseums & palaces. Faint thinking back. -
Esteema
I keep reminding myself to go slow, go slow etc. -

son is also a big eater. he loves rice. so what I do is buy brown rice and mix with white rice (too ex to eat only brown rice). this way, he won't be eating too much glucose. however he doesn't seem to put on weight.
DS simply ignore my advice to cut down on rice but I can understand at his age he is growing cannot stop him but he is going to be overweight soon. My cooking skills improved a lot after following many YouTube recipes and food bloggers. I have a few signature dishes which I am proud of it myself LOL
DD is small eater too but still gives face la finishes everything if I cook.
daughter is a small and fussy eater. -
