Plastic Surgery/ Botox Enhancements.. ..Are they 'worth it'?

There are some stars who have a ‘frozen’ look. Nicole Kidman, Fann Wong. They have gone for botox or at least they have the botoxed look. I have friends who look like that and they have to go for botox every few months and as time goes by, they need to inject more to produce the same result. They look frozen and natural. There are some other friends who swear by the Japanese and Korean way of face sculpturing, less unnatural. Some beauticians do that.

i think the frozen look is supposed to go away after a while. unless botex used is in large amount and applied over a wide area.
and the frozen look is quite funny actually. v unaturally tight and flawless skin. lol -
Yes it is funny. But from what I heard from my sister who goes for Botox, it looks more and more unnatural after a way because you have to keep injecting more.

I rather look natural with wrinkles than unnatural with that frozen look.
Remember reading somewhere that botox can also help treat migraines. -
If you think that you can live with yourself in the current situation you are in, then don’t ever do botox. I am not in the favour of going under the knife just because i can’t control the peer pressure. Always do any sort of surgeries when there is urgent need for it.

Yea definitely no for botox cos its for wrinkles and it only lasts 3-6 months.Seek advice from other doctors then decide on what to do.

for those who go for botox, it's a every 6 week maintenance to 'keep that look' and one has to stay away from the sun.
so it's an ongoing process. -
My boy fell and had a deep treat in his chin. He was bleeding non-stop and we sent him to a private hospital. Fortunately he was covered by insurance so the hospital actually called a plastic surgeon in to stitch for him. After 2 years, he has recovered and there are no scar marks. My friend’s boy also experienced the same situation but as the child was not covered by insurance, cut was stitched by the a& e doctor. After a few years, the scar is still there and it was not stitched nicely. So better make sure your child has full coverage for insurance

I am for plastic surgeries only if it solves some health problem or general issue. I don’t understand quite well why are people using Botox. It brings unnatural face-look and let along that it needs to be renewed every 6 months. Is it only sort of fashionable thing or people really like such look?
