Life can be real simple and carefree

Took the morning off to make sure my older daughter finished an essay. It’s not due yet, but she has 4 pieces of written work to complete, 2 presentations and 2 quizzes in the next 2 weeks! She is really bad at planning and disciplining herself to get things done - a real procrastinator, and very indecisive. She didn’t have classes till late morning, and I’m away for the rest of the week, so I decided we needed to make the most of this morning. It’s part of her learning disability, but it’s a real pain. I’ll be heading to the office after lunch.

life can be simple.
i was at orchard road yesterday. supposed to be ME TIME and learning to pamper myself  but at tangs household dept, I saw this Tefal non stick mini wok and thought of daughter. after that, I remembered I promised her popcorn from the cinema at Scotts. I should have bought 2 packets...because my father ate the remaining popcorn when she went to bathe. then son came back and asked me if I bought popcorn.
