My vegan friends have been recommending me to try the IMPOSSIBLE meat. They say it tastes like beef but it is made from plants. Could this be the one you tried too? I was told to try the one at Three Buns… But I know it is now available at some Fat Boy outlets too…

Yes, we ate the IMPOSSIBLE meat. So, we are wondering where we can buy the ‘meat’. As far as I know, currently the Impossible meat is only available in restaurants. We want to buy it for cooking at home.

Is there any reason your family prefers plant based meat? I am not vegan or vegetarian but I do think it is a healthier option…

It has zero cholesterol and without all the risks associated with red meat. And, it is environmentally much friendlier than cows. On the other hand, it has higher sodium than beef and has preservatives so we know that we should consume it in moderation.

It is heavily processed, genetically modified food.

                Not healthier to consume regularly.
It is far much better to consume real meat .

Which supermarket sells plant-based meat? We tasted it the first time last night at Adrift and was very impressed. The texture and taste is just like beef. We can’t tell that it is not beef.
Can try Beyond Meat plant based burger patties available from NTUC Finest and Cold Storage.

Have not tried it myself. Do share if it is good if you try it.
