is there after school care for students in school?

they are building a new wing...with student care inside....this is what is told to us when we went for the open house. the new wing should be ready by end 2019 with indoor sports hall etc. the new student care should be ready by a few months into 2020.

I am new here.
I am staying outside of 2km and just have submitted PV form to school today for 2020 P1 registration.

1.Is there any possibility that not been selected to be PV?

2. Even done PV, any possibility that under 2B can not get in to school???

3. I am considering to submit PV form at one more schools by this weekend to see if I could selected. Do you think schools will notice it by system??

4. If I register my girl to other school under Phase 1 then submit wait list to chij lon, is there any chance to get in before P1 start in 2021?

For phase 2B, either parent must have the baptism cert no confirmation cert needed.
