As I understand from MOE website, this requirement is only for online registration. You may call MOE to check again.
Hi. I'm quite confused for the P1-IS. It says :
- both parents have valid SingPass with 2FA setup
- both parents are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents at the time of your child’s birth
I am currently SPR and the husband is Citizen. However, at the time of my daughter's birth, I am not PR yet. With the requirements above stating 'BOTH', does it mean we are not eligible to register via P1-IS? -
one quick question… in phase 2C school selection… im only given one school of choice?
and if yes… lets say i know the chances are slim but i just wanna try those popular school… and outcome i dont get in… whats next? they just throw me to the nearest vacated school around me? -

There’s phase 2Cs. But by then there’s not much vacancies left in most schools. So you have to check the past history if your backup school has vacancies in phase 2Cs.
