Do you mean physically go to both school to withdraw and register? One parents with both ids will do for withdrawal right?

(in my opinion, only - you apply 1st is like you show hand in poker)
imagine the stats is 19 applied for 20 places.

you applied the 20th place
the other person will think if he wants to apply to be the 21st and thus ballot. (50-50%)
If the person gives up, you get your slot.
if the person applies, you can always withdraw. -

then run to sch A
then run back to car
then rush back to sch B
no joke - done that before. (should have gotten someone to drive, drop me at sch gate, pick me up later) -

remember 2 NRIC to withdraw is not a 5 second matter,
its a 5 min matter.
admin staff need to manually log in to the system
key in your kids details
choose withdraw
confirm
print out physical confirmation and let you sign
no Wifi
printer no paper
anything can happen and the 2NRIC get stuck in sch A.
please plan carefully.
