< 1km is guaranteed a chance to ballot. High chance / low chance won’t know but probably going to be much lower than Phase 2B for sure.

if Canberra is balloting for Singapore Citizen within 1km. you are wasting your chance in 2C as you can have more choices in 2C than in 2Cs.

For 2B, you may not have other choices other than Canberra. (unless you have lah).

Yah. It’s a waste of their time to apply to Canberra in Phase 2C. Won’t even get a chance to smell the ballot. Never mind they just have to start planning for Phase 2CS.

Are we so stupid doing PV as PR?
My hubby wants to go second choice at 2C but i want to try again .
If we call to school to find out, will they answer us what we want to know. What should i ask?
Really don't know what to do.

We know that total 79 did PV at the same time like us but we can't know how many SC and PR?
The only chance we have is <1km.

Our second choice(Wellington) still got many vacancies (85 as at 2B Day1).
I think it will still have vacancy at Wellington at 2CSupplement. Am i wrong thinking this way?

call the school to check SC and PR, and PR distance. since you mentioned 79 PV, chances are slim.

2C must put Wellington or another. Zero chance at Canberra
