The 4 must be within 1km of both ACS. Else no use.

I know someone within 1km of both acs but registered at acsp. Not sure why … :S

But the problem is everybody is closing their eyes to pray and hope each other to blink and move. Traffic jam outside also. To move and transfer over also need certain amount of time.

Need courage as well. It's hard to decide you have to forgo the 1st choice and move on.
