Anyone has any idea if MOE website has updated the vacancies? It was updated by 8pm yesterday. The school am looking at, the number of applicants remains the same. So I can't tell if it's updated.

There is last updated date in the same web page, check the date.

Currently acs pri, acsj and sjij all have more applicants than vacancies in phase 2b, does it mean that there’s only 20 vacancies left in phase 2c? TIA!

Therefore go check the individual schools vacancies at 2B and you have your answer in 2C.
