Just follow the guide. The online form is all auto-filled. Both of you just need to click submit (one parent first then the other via Singpass. So please standby and coordinate).

No attachments. After you get in, the school will post you the letter telling you the date to bring down the docs for their verification.

I don’t know if there have been any cases where the docs are subsequently found to be invalid and the place is forfeited.

Meaning, if I do at 2pm on 30 Jul, my spouse have to login by a certain timeline to complete the registration?

I believe it will have a pop-up prompt almost immediately after the first parent clicks submit. So I believe it is [U]on the same computer[/u], the 2nd parent has to login to Singpass. If u are not in the same room (eg one of you at office/outstation somewhere), need to coordinate by phone or text. Ask the spouse for the 2FA OTP blah blah.

And the guide mentions a timeout if no action for X number of minutes. So don’t take too long to answer your spouse’s phone...

TUR is similar to 2012, 2013, 2104 (all balloting within 1km) and 2017 (ballot for 1-2km folks). More likely than not to have balloting within 1km. Worse case is 1.5 applicants to 1 vacancy. There may be some blur folks that apply (more than 2km) or alot of 1-2km folks, so you should watch the numbers and breakdown.
