      Hi MyPillow,

You are referring to current Pri 4, 5 batch right? Sure, I'll post it in the respective year's PSLE thread.

May I know what time are the P6 released from school on the day of PSLE oral? And is it 15 Aug English oral, followed by Chinese oral next day?

First time PSLE mum… so clueless 😉

Your class Form Tr will inform you closer towards PSLE Oral Aug (15 and 16) that

Half of the p6 cohort in your primary school will have English Oral, while the other half cohort will have Chinese Oral. Then next day, swap over the other way round. Maybe go by class and index number, see which P6 classes take English oral first

I think it’s stated in the exam print out from the school. Day of El and day of CL oral for individual pupil.

The MOE/school will provide a slip for each child, indicating the time slot and which day for English and Chinese oral.

Just ask your kid to call you when he/she is done with the oral. Parents cannot drive into the school compound (that is based on my DS school then).

The proof of entry your child has received would have listed which day what oral subject they are being tested on.

                https://i.ibb.co/kXbP9Zj/proofofentry2.jpg\">

1st batch will have be held back in school even after they have finished their exam for that day, until after 2nd batch have reported to school. 2nd batch's students can head back home once they have been tested.

On a sidenote, for kids taking train to school, it's good to brief them: https://www.seab.gov.sg/home/examinations/train-disruption-advice

Thanks all for your advice on the day/ time arrangement for PSLE. I am not aware that my son has received the PSLE exam printout form… will check with him.

refer to the slip, it will indicate the reporting time as well. As the teachers will need to bring the students in group to enter the hall/room for oral exam and this same group of students will leave the premises as a group to avoid mingling with other kids.
