Yes cut off should be 4:30, online and physical.
For the online update on the p2C registration tonight, will it only reflect applications till 4.30pm ? -

Even if you satisfy the \"rules\" to register online, there seems to be still a problem. Called up MOE and was told there are still bugs, just go to the school.
yes. since the rules state that at the time of child's birth both parents must already be SC/PR. To use the online system.kit_SG\" post_id=\"1923714\" time=\"1564372323\" user_id=\"175360:
Hi Wanted to check, I was not able to register online today for my daughter - we got an error message that the our record is not there in the database. All three of us (me, my husband and my daughter) are PRs, however we got the PR 6 months after my daughter was born. Is that the reason?
you would need to go to the school of your choice to register.
Can we check with the school if they received our online registration? Just registered with moe yesterday, just want to ensure our registration is up there. -

There should also be an acknowledgement for withdrawal I guess. Thanks for your good digging of info, and it should save many KSPs precious time travelling between schools :)
Welcome. This applies to myself too š good possibility i might have to withdraw and put elsewhere on thursday because i am PR and do not wanna face a ballot.
I was under the impression can only do at school too. But at the end of registration i saw a button to withdraw so went digging info. But i do also agree with other cautious parents here, physical withdrawal has no faliour possibility while online we dont know.Moonrays84\" post_id=\"1924068\" time=\"1564457719\" user_id=\"160285:
