Yes, usually by 8pm, though website says latest 11pm

Probably no ballot for <1km. Can call the school to check the stats.
Balloting distance and citizenship will still publish by MOE. Just that it will be computerized balloting.

DLS SC within 1km, very good chance. At 55% TUR at 2B, should be able to go in without ballot for you.

Per MOE \"Computerised balloting will be conducted centrally by MOE. All registrants who are required to ballot are assured of an equal chance for admission into the school.\"
