its a matter of how many more SC within 1km coming in to take the risk / opportunities of the balloting for the two schools. rest of those 1-2km or more than 2km, GONE CASE

I thought ACSJ got 46slots in Phase 2C? so if morning having 38 SC within 1km, means another 8 more, then ballot will starts…but usually the case of last 5mins, u will still see parents appears out of nowhere.

We are combining both ACSP and ACSJ, as the extra 5 (32-27) from ACSP still able to run to ACSJ to fill up, if they are <1km to both. But too early to say.

2019 is unusual in that Day 2 of physical registration is already seeing a lot of applicants <1km. I guess these are the ones who have no other choice.
Day 3 will see even more people <1km joining. So plan your strategy & running routes (if necessary) well please. -
that really depends if those overflow of 5 from ACSP is within 1km of ACSJ… if they stays in the Golden Triangle of three schools (ACSP; ACSJ, and SJI), then they still got Plan A to C to select… SJI’s number don’t seems to be on high side…

Parents like to drive fast and dash to SJI last 30 mins. -
My suggestion is don’t wait for others to "blink" first. Know your risk, and if possible, go for a sure thing as ballot is nothing to be proud of. 2CS with such limited choices, you also don’t want to go there if possible.

Anyway both should be confirmed within 1km ballot, so all start to surface.
Those other distance ones are simply how I term it as “propping the number”.
