NYPS requires PV to clock at least 80hrs by the time they register (likewise for SHHK schools). Starting early next year will give them a 2 year window to meet the target. -

PV is school choosing you, not you choosing school. You may not get picked for the schools you want.
Your also can’t fake your ethnicity if you are not a Hokkien (for example) and even if you are a Hokkien, the schools may not be within reach (ie less than 2km).
You could consider adopting a religion. Some people get all... err religious about the right / wrong of it. If you are one of them, probably won’t be doable. Who knows? God or Buddha or whoever may be more understanding because it’s tough being a Singapore parent you know? :evil: -
