I registered at st stephen’s. But i am within 1km of ngee ann. Out of 10 space they have, 6 are within 1km, 6 are beyond.

Is this case considered risky to switch?

Ngee Ann is likely safe, St Stephen's is safer. Peace of mind or keep worrying? which do you prefer?[/quote]After devastation of getting balloted out at 2c, both hubby and i cannot stomach another ballot....... but we also want closer option. Hence the dropping everything to standby now.

We have been feeling all alone in this whole registration process until i came to the forum to post questions aft 2c. Really appreciate all the prompt responses. Thank you!!
