Wouldn't SJI be the better school? :siam:

And that’s in Novena...
Hence, proving my point: most parents would be willing to trade distance for a better school.
(SJI COP for affiliated / non-affiliated not a big ‘discount’: 238 vs 245 and for Express only)

But the child’s psle will not be based on t score.
Though details are not out yet.
Still....hopefully no one will say last min change :siam:
Yah but considering that the difference between affiliated and non-affiliated t-score COP is only 7 points, it will be a difference of 1 or 2 AL score only.

ironically, St. Stephen's affiliated to St. Pat, which is opposite Ngee Ann.
just saying 😄

Ngee Ann is affiliated to Ngee Ann Secondary and is located in Tampines. That's far.

Yah... but...
Ngee Ann Sec COP is 225 (to 234) for affiliated / 238 (to 262) for non-affiliated
St Pat COP is 188 (to 236) for affiliated / 229 (to 241) for non-affiliated
I think most parents would be willing to trade distance for a better school :siam:
wow power leh!!!! 262 is highest COP to getting into ngee ann sec

Maybe he / she really likes NASS, or have elder siblings in the school, or stay just across the road and is not interested in IP schools.

Tonight we’ll know which schools will ballot. Another week of sleepless nights for parents going for ballot.

You mean you go ballot again? Why not get a confirmed seat? Thought your heart cannot take it anymore

Hi all,

Really grateful; managed to secure the school that we crave for on 7th Aug. Without this community/website we can’t imagine that would ever happen.
Q: how could we contribute back to this site? It’s unlikely that we would visit this website as frequent for the next few years (until next milestone, P3? ;p). I think given that the kids are the main beneficial - it’s only fair to deduct from their toy budget and contribute that amount to this site? Or any way that we could help supporting this site further?

thanks all again - every of your posts are really appreciated.
