Heard from another P4GEP parent that in the school there is English workshop and it is for selected students. My DS when asked ,told he dont know anything about it. Parents any clue
In my dd's class, the top 6 pupils based on the results of 2 English mock tests were selected for the LAF. The Eng CT results were still not known then.
oh ok ... thnx a lot -

Apparently 7 from my son's class were given an envelope and asked to see the Eng tr. One of the boys told my son tt he should have also been given one since he was in the same group (the other 2 of them were given) for the Eng project on board game. DS asked Eng tr but was told - nothing to do with the Board game. Guess it has to do with this workshop.
ok oh. what I know is my DS class non was selected but from the other class so didnt know of this until one of the parents told. Hmmm it would be nice if the teachers inform us of the events and the selection criteria  -

Baseline standard for promotion - 65% for EL and 70% for the other 4 subjects. What happens if a student fails to achieve this?
Have heard of pp return to mainstream. If I am not wrong they need to fullfil certain passing grade to maintain their \"gep status\". -
How was the talk at Tao Nan School last Friday evening. Was it worth the trip?
