From my recollection, during the PTM for P6 parents this year, the principal did not reveal the % of students who scored above 230 in 2018. She shared these stats during the PTM for P5 parents in 2018. This led to think that the % was low. Not sure if any parent can verify this %.

PSLE result day 2018, the 250 and above were individually congratulated, the % was not announced, but you can count if interested, What was announced was total number of candidates and 100% pass, all promoted to sec sch. I wont expect the % 230 to be announced on PSLE result day, but had thought they would calculate and announce at PTM, as per usual practice. But if you say it was not announced in 2019, then no one will know. Cos there is no way any parent will know the score of every single student.

What was the estimated number of students who scored 250 and above in 2018?

I attended the PSLE result day for 2017 batch. The top scorers were mostly (>85%) from the top class plus some others. I estimated probably total students above 250 was about 50-60.

50-60 sounds about right. It’s on par with most of the “top” primary schools ie ~25% scoring 250 and above.

suppose a current, existing P2 student in St Nick face genuine learning disability, applied for Exemption in Chinese and MOE approved her exemption in P3.
St Nick being a SAP school, will school still allow this pupil to remain after gained exemption in Chinese, continue her study from (P3 all the way until PSLE), or pupil got to leave school, Transfer out to another Non-SAP school ?

Remain in school.
That means this student, applied for exemption in P2, but only managed to gain MOE approval Chinese exemption in P3, is allowed to remain inside St Nick, continue study all the way until PSLE is over.
However, this pupil cannot use her \"Affliation\" status to gain back entry into St Nick (Secondary school) anymore later when she reach P6, because recalled Principal ever said before that
\"Mother Tongue exempted students, cannot come back into SNGS Secondary, because St Nick Secondary is a SAP school \"
This situation, is a bit different from CHIJ Toa Payoh (Secondary), because
students exempted from Chinese in CHIJ Toa Payoh (primary school), can still use their \"Affliation\" status, to go back to CHIJ Toa Payoh (Secondary), a Non-SAP Sec school. This is the key difference, between
a (SAP vs Non-SAP ) Secondary school
