MOE typically does a press release about a week before the actual release.
Eg. Last yr, MOE announced on 15th Nov that the results will be released on 22nd Nov.
All the corresponding dates will also be announced at the same time, ie. the S1 posting dates.
Usually around 11am. Exact time will be in the press release. Some schools will have the principal giving a speech, overall results announcement... so the exact release timing for each school is different. Some do it in the hall, some in classrooms too.

The haze is gonna be a problem for the PSLE kids…do stay hydrated…pop in vit C…get enough sleep…the last 100m us in sight now! All the best! Jiayou!!
