If the haze is really bad, do the asthmatic students get their own room? Also is the inhaler allowed into the hall?
hi ra1n,

should highlight to your Form Teacher / Principal attention, for P6 students with asthma, is there an emergency stand-by room for them to take PSLE, if the haze worsen on those PSLE exam days. Raise this matter, before written PSLE commence next week
Should I also get some masks?

Yes, do buy some masks on emergency stand-by, in case following week Thursday 26 Sep, when the first Psle English written Paper 2 officially start 8 am morning, the haze is so bad that All p6 students across entire Singapore seated inside the school hall by index number, must put on face mask to take exam, in case the haze situation worsen, monitoring closely.

This coming Friday (20 Sep) :
psle listening comprehension National exam, begin (start)

Thanks!
If the haze is really bad, do the asthmatic students get their own room? Also is the inhaler allowed into the hall?
Asthma inhaler is always allowed to be in the child’s pocket. It is an emergency medical device, cannot leave his side.

Some schools aircon the entire school hall which is used for prelims and PSLE. With air purifiers if haze is bad. Better check with your school if your child can get an aircon classroom, if don’t already have. Prepare jacket because it will be colder than he’s used to.

A side track question, my colleague was sharing with me on this adverse news on a HCI teacher which happened this year. I wonder will this somehow have negative impact on the reputation of the school and the students? Can I have some valued opinions on this?
What was this news? So mysterious. Can share more?
