For me, I prefer to know, what category type of LC mistakes did she make at P6 Psle now, so that in the next National exam, she won't commit the same type of listening error again, during LC, in terms of being tricked. Never mind about the short term stress vs. the long-term alert message, \"Do NOT commit the same mistake, twice in life\"

Eg.

The enchanted flower turn into dust case : only 1 time.
This mistake already cost her ... 2 marks

根据大家的只言片语，我大概整理一下， 是不是这样的题目？

下面播放一则通告：今天是交通安全日。。。大家平时过马路要小心。。。开车也要小心。。。
（1） 教导大家注意交通安全 （2）通知 大家有有这个活动 （3）提醒今天有这个活动 .

注意这个“平时”，就是教导大家平时也要注意交通安全。不是光是这个交通安全日要注意安全。
所以我想答案是（1）教导大家注意交通安全

3）提醒这个月or 这个星期有这个活动？

Yes, general feedback for CL is the options are tricky. Also moved away from incorporating narrative story/fable as one of the passages (usually last passage for Q8-10) and tailored towards day to day application.

Based on the info I gathered, 2 seems to be the better and more logical choice. 1 is 活动的目的 (plus, there is no need to mention anything about 公路安全月 if the purpose is to remind/inform students about road safety), 3 is a 干扰选项 aiming to bait students who 'noticed' \"记得\" which appeared in the closing sentence.

Seem like this year CL score gonna drop cos Oral was also tough ...written papers lagi no eyes see.....

so far, as seen from both two components, Oral and LC, SEAB had set \"surprise, special dishes\" for us to taste.

Maybe, also using us (2019 P6 piggies) to bench-mark, ought to set what kind of questions, for the coming new AL system kick-off implementation (2021)

Thus would be good (regarding CL) to be prepared for

Could you pls advc what's the strategies to write a good compo (for both content & language) with sub theme, in view of the time mansgement challenge ie 50min, my dd always complain of not enuv time to check, resulting many 错字. It's pretty time consuming to plan those 动作描写、心理描写 etc, Many Thanks!

think it is better to read the original LC (passage, word by word and exact question asked), before conclude

besides SEAB, who else holding a copy of 2019 PSLE LC exam questions ? Chinese HOD, from primary schools

Planning 5 min, checking + looking up e-dict 5 min. Memorizing options for opening and ending paragraphs would help to cut down on time wastage too.

Under planning, my 4 main steps are:
1. Theme - Look at the 5 pictures, identify the theme(s), important to note that character need not learn only from his/her own mistakes/actions but also from other's wrong doings or good deed in the story
2. Ending- Plan with end in mind, brainstorm on all possible endings, make a choice
3. Highlights - Circle/identify incidents and details in each picture, raise relevant questions and plot transitions between pictures as you move along
4. Helping Words - Use these to check against what you did for step 3 and incorporate them into your story plot if you overlooked/misunderstood any incidents/details

Step 2 is important and handy - in the event that time is running out, you will have backup option (e.g. original plot may involve main character getting threatened/advised before owning up for his mistake --> if time is running out, can switch to main character picked up his courage and admitting his mistake)
