ok, i see your point now, about \" illusion of choice'. Indeed it is, because only those scored 258+, then got chance to consider IB. Those below 258, even if want IB, also no chance
If only, it is so simple.
There is a teeny weeny problem...
There is only ONE girls' school offering IB programme, never mind the 'low' COP of 258+
The other 2 schools with a similarly low COP - RGS and NYGH.
You basically have choice, if you are scoring 258+ only. If parents really desire their daughter to go IB, but has a score less than 258, there are plenty of A Level IP but none for IB.
It is only an illusion of choice.
those parents who are very pro-IB, can share (or don't mind sharing), what are some strong, powerful reasons that will lure (entice / attract) u over to \"die-die\" choose IB, & drop A-level mindset totally ? -
Thank you, Hazelline. I am glad that you like the blogpost. I m contemplating whether to write a sequel about the stories that comes
after the results is released… -

Hi parents, just wanted to check if it is ok to make markings at the side of the answer? Eg for editing, my DD will mark out whether it is grammar or spelling by writing G or S at the side of answer.

Although big 2 or big 2+2 would be more appropriate since a student would either be deemed missing an appendage or have an extra appendage for 2 of the schools.
