took grab recently. the driver told me he works in the company which stores stem cells…he told me the high costs of paying for the stem cell. after 5 years, many couples decide to stop because it’s just too expensive.

btw I finally saw the shark fin melon..boiling soup for 3rd time this 1.5 weeks ..nice. -
MKS, I like sharkfin melon too. Btw, how do you remove the seeds? Or, just eat them?

ngl2010, I cut the melon into about 1.5cm thick and dig out the seeds.

Thank you, Star and MKS. I usually dig out the seeds too until last week I bought sharkfin melon that has just too many seeds that I gave up digging and only removed the seeds after it was cooked.

At supermarket, I choose those with lesser seeds to save some work. -

I usually steam the melon first. After steam remove seeds and flesh then add to soup stock.
