I've been making efforts to drink the full 64oz of water for around a year now. Being better hydrated has been generally good for my physical and mental health, but it's also frustrating and disruptive to my life to have to use the bathroom at least once an hour, sometimes more. The need for this goes from 0 to 100 so fast that I'm honestly at serious risk of losing control sometimes if I don't make it to a bathroom in minutes. I wake up several times every night to go. And many days I can only make it a couple oz short of 64 because it's just too much.
I understand how you feel, man. But I still keep drinking lots of water to stay hydrated because that was my doctor's prescription after I was diagnosed with UTI. Whenever I go out, I am checking the nearest and accessible bathroom first so that I go straight ahead if needed.

I know of a few but I would recommend Dr Lau Chee Chong at Mt Elizabeth.

My go-to ENT doctor is Dr. Andrew Loy at The Ear Nose Throat - Head & Neck Centre, Mt. Elizabeth Orchard.

Anyone has good ENT specialist to recommend for blocked ear for adult? GP said is due to pressure imbalance and no infection. My friend still having blocked ear and feeling giddy .
You have to be careful with your diagnosis here. I had a splitting headache which the stupid doctor at ER claimed was \"vertigo\" and sent me for all kinds of tests for vertigo and 6 months later, it developed into a stroke.

CT scan should b able to pick up stroke Symtoms, burst of tiny brain vessels/ capillaries etc

My giddy spell was after Covid recovery . I can’t take much coffee now , giddiness will come .

                  Hi my dear friend Pillow,
Try not to take too much coffee and do some exercise during weekend and it will help to improve your blood circulation. Hope you can get rid of your giddy spell soonest.

Stroke is a very painful experience and my father has a stroke after he played overnight mahjong. All family members were suffered and therefore as I said before 成事不说,遂事不谏 things has already happened and we cannot changed the outcome now, then it is better not to go into the details of it again which will recall all the painful experience of the victim again. Hope you can understand my thinking.

Because CGH ding-donged with me sending me for \"vertigo\" tests listening on headphones for sounds which I can hear perfectly, they finally set an appointment for me to see their \"brain\" doctor after 6 months?! One week before I saw their doctor... I had that life-changing stroke. Wonderful patient care. Thank God I was sent to TTSH when I had that stroke... otherwise I won't be chatting so cheerfully now.
