Hi, I would recommend Simon Eio Learning Lab, located at Clementi West St 1 which is two bus stops from Clementi Mrt. The head teacher, Mr Eio, actually published the Step by Step assessment books for primary students and has been teaching for many years in reputable secondary schools and JCs. Both my sons have been tutored under him since primary school and they've always shown great results. I can recommend you the centre's office number if you'd like. -
