2018 and 2019 not updated yet. You can ask here for your school and there should be answers

Doesn’t matter.

Phase 3 is under the control of MOE. Even if a school has 100 vacancies remaining, MOE is not obliged to release every single one of them (if any at all).

St hilda’s ballot <1km without fail. Whitesands most of the years ballot <1km. See below link.
