Are there students, including China/ASEAN scholars who join RVHS at Sec 3 and JC1? I heard it is quite common for MOE to post some of these China/ASEAN students to our local schools, give them scholarship, and require them to serve a bond?

Used to be like that but I suspect it has become increasingly more difficult for Singapore to attract top talents there anymore as their country is progressing and they are becoming aware of other options.

Anyone knows what to note for jc1 next year? Can be anything. All I know is teachers will all be different from junior high.
