Yeah apply flat at 18? Is this possible thought 18 still a minor...
Perhaps can apply but need to be of eligible age (21?) when they offer you the flat.

Just wondering, if both still studying and have no income, will hdb still approved the loan?

He cant wait to settle down with jedamum lol

:rotflmao: even before, he started saving and also come up with a checklist of wife traits.
Now he complain his list not comprehensive enough cos he didn't include can do housework 😆

some hubby gd in house chores, better than woman
so our girl list must include - hubby must know help wife to do chores too 😉[/quote]Yup! Sounds familiar. When I finished A levels, one of my Bible Study frds 青梅竹马 since kindergarten & when they were first married, we s’times cook at their place & when ran out of sauce or cutleries, this “young man” then was able to hit the right cabinet & retrieve for us midst of our cooking & exclaim that “need to replenish on next grocery xxx yyy. My dream type.

Years later when I met hubby, was impressed he willing to shop with me & involved in selection. These type hor, works for me. Down to earth & proactive with lifeskills type. Training DS & DD to be equipped with good lifeskills & good character to be the person to contribute happiness to their own families next time when I’ve no eyes to see up fr under.

nebermind - U are right man :rotflmao: !

Boys after A can parktor !
girls neh ? after enter uni then parktor or after grad then parktor - all gd men gone leow la!
For DD, I’m fine if she packtor now. Guess must trust her to be sensible enuf in her choices. Only worried she’s too focus in her career & not look ard to build r’ships.

If yr girls are in uni, think shld be good time to assess a suitable partner ba. Once they’re out in worklife, hard to see thro corporate ladder climbers. Anyway, 缘分 is all planned by upper hand IMHO.

I think it’s hard for me to disallow my kids to date from young - I dated my hubby when I was then in JC2.

I guess I am more concerned with who my kids are dating and their level of maturity than to allow or disallow outright.
One of my son’s classmates has parents who met and dated in JC, got married, and now son in the same school (and CCA) as parents. I thought that’s pretty cool, heh
