If they say they still do accept appeal because appeal date line not closed yet, then quickly submit the Appeal form

Yes. The person who is registering on your behalf must bring along your Student Pass or Birth Certificate.

Regarding appeals, some schools only opening it tomorrow.

I know xinmin has an online form but most seem to be needing you to visit the school.

Those that do online will not need to make the trip to hand in hardcopy (can see why these are usually more efficient schs than others)
Appeal within same sch is easier for cases where student did not meet min cop, even sch admin says transfer within same sch makes it much easier for them to consider favourably
