Can I ask for opinion if I should try to appeal for my kid if he meets the minimum IP cop? We had indicated VS as second choice but he did not get it. Thanks!

If he really wants VS, you should try and appeal. Its just a form to fill. All the best!

In the absence of an HDB estate in the vicinity, your best bet would be East Coast Park Carpark E1 across the highway. Park there and cross ECP using the underpass, then cross Siglap Link. Not the most elegant solution but this was what I did during VS’ open house.
