As we were driving out of HCI this morning after dropping DS off, DH lamented that we no longer need to u-turn to drop DD off at NYGH and how fast the 4 years went by... I felt a sense of 依依不舍 in his voice

Y5 starts on 15 Jan. You can drop off your kids together @ HCI then. Niece is crossing the “ 情人桥 “ to HCI this year too

Not sure if this is still the case, my dd prefers the boys from the school by the sea......lol

I was early to drop off my dd at about 715am. i manage to turn in to school and drop off, quite fast.

So I presume the SOP is to stop and alight our dd outside the school?

Yes at morning drop-offs. For pickups, you can drive in and wait.

Thank you. So its more advisable to drop off at the bus stop near the school gate in the morning?

My girl said her classmate all very quiet type.. hard to break the ice. So first day for her was a little \"bored\". Gosh .. she prob was expecting some ice breaker games or chatty girls?? Seniors asked them to just stand up and introduce, most girls didnt say more than just their names, the rest was the admin and touring round school. She does have a few schoolmates in her class but she was hoping to know more people in there I think. Food was good though..🤣

Can I know if CCA that they join will have any weightings during year 5 and 6? Is it a 4 year commitment and Will they reselect again in yr 5 and 6?
