MOE also spent another $ninety million sgd to build RGS Braddell site from scratch, but then RGS is a Secondary school, not a Junior College -

For EJC, I read that construction costs alone already $100mil, architecture and consultant fees may not be included and the final bill is still being finalized, should be below the initial budget of $140mil as the architects/consultants say will give discounts. -
