      Hi All,

Besides dropping the stuff at Salvation Army, could anyone please share where else we could donate our used stuff to?

      TIA
Have you think of donating to Overseas.

I happened to stumble on this Charity Organisation -Uday Foundation in India- http://www.udayfoundationindia.org

They are having a Drive :

Maybe you would like to think about it.
I have checked to Courier a parcel to India around 10kg is about SGD120.

I think this is a good and direct way to help the poor... :xedfingers:

            Hi

Anyone knows if any organization or individuals collecting used clothes for the Filipinos affected by Typhoon Haiyan? If yes, do u have details for the drop-off? Thanks

You can send them to Gaden Shartse Dro-Phen Ling at 12 Guillemard Lane.

                Tel : 6344 9521 / 6342 0806

I think what they need are clothes, shoes/slippers and blankets.

\"Hi all, for all who wish to donate clothes and blankets. Please come down to the Church of the Holy Trinity at Tampines. There will be a lorry parked at the Church. The church is organizing a container to be sent to Philippines tomorrow morning. Anyone who wish to donate clothing please do so by tonight. Thanks.\"

Those people staying around Tampines...spread the news...please. :thankyou:
