Daily Mail & The Sun are just UK tabloids.

These are just unverified videos which are making the rounds to generate clicks.

I was just about the say the same. For the sake of everyone, we should try to only circulate verified news from reliable sources.

When can we see some improvement in the situation? Have we reached the peak?

Probably have to wait until the end of CNY2020 to see how it is trending after all the precaution implemented

Not the peak , around these 2 weeks ,i thik we will see new cases as the incubation period can be a week or so ...
with the immigration measures tight in place, we should be able to control IF there is no community spread (praying for NO)
But in China which is so big, the situation may be worser , weather is not helping which is wet, cold
Hope dun get into India - i am not confident this place can contain virus well with such bad sanitary & hygiene
developing countries (vietnam, cambodia , Indo, etc may also be not able to manage & badly hit if there are affected people ๐Ÿ˜ž

At the moment, no cure yet, is deadly unless your body strong enough to overcome virus. Better be safe, than sorry
                  ...
I think itโ€™s essential to understand the facts from paranoia.

To break your bubble, there IS NO CURE for coronavirus (nCov), regardless of the colloquial name that it is known by. The 2019- prefix should provide you with a clue that this is not the first (nor will it be the last) case of coronavirus.

Also, a vaccine is not the same as a cure. Vaccine is to prevent you from catching it in the first place. Notwithstanding, a vaccine specifically designed to target at a specific strain, such as the 2019-nCov is, unlikely to help you with the subsequent version, example 2020-nCov.

Treatment of nCov is the same as treatment for flu (same family). Plenty of rest, fluid and nutrition. Paracetamol and analgesics may also be administered to treat fever and pain.

TBH Iโ€™m amused by the paranoia surrounding 2019-nCov. Is it because itโ€™s China?

In dilemma whether to book air tickets to Taiwan in Oct. Was planning to go after my gal PSLE... sigh. Wonder if the situation will be controlled by than ๐Ÿ˜ž
If the price is low, Iโ€™ll book it. However, Iโ€™ll purchase an insurance policy that pays for cancellation immediately to go along with it.

If you become paranoia and too overly concerned about diseases, viruses, etc, you will probably never leave your house. 2019-nCov could be replaced by 2020-nCov or ABCD-Cov or some other fanciful names. The next natural disaster may also strike Taiwan as it is in the earthquake, typhoon belt.
